Refund and Returns Policy

We at “CURAPELL” have formulated each product to deliver best possible results, transparently. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

  • You received a wrong shipment
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an expired product

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within  hours from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at care@curapell.com

We have a 2 days replacement, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Once the replacement is approved it will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund or replacement as chosen by you quickly.

 

Revita Care shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that is not spoilt, wrong or damaged.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

 

Also, Revita Care reserves the right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process for users with a prior history of questionable charges like: cancellation of bulk orders & such cancellations has occurred more than once.

You understand that a replacement request is subject to availability of stock. If a replacement cannot be carried out due to non-availability of stock, the amount will be refunded to you. You understand that you can only raise a replacement request for product if the product delivered to you has been damaged in transit, is wrong.
